Contact Forms

When you fill out a contact form, we collect your name, email address, and any other information you provide. We use this information to respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.

Cookies

  • Comments: If you leave a comment on our site, you may opt-in to saving your name, email address, and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Invoicing

When purchasing on the website, we collect invoice data and store it for five years with the transaction details. We use Kashflow for storing invoice data.

The APP and GEIA.AI System

The app includes only your name, email, city or state  for personal data. We record IoT data (sensor, relays, etc.), user inputs in the app, and process it for our AI. Each function or setting has an option to be marked public, allowing the user to share the function or setting and related data.

We process user data for machine learning purposes. Users can share settings with other users or externally and can interact with the system via API or MQTT to download sensor data, plant data, journals, logs, and relays data.

Who We Share Your Data With

We do not share your personal data with third parties except as necessary to provide our services, comply with the law, protect our rights, or as outlined in this policy. Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

How Long We Retain Your Data

  • User Profiles: For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What Rights You Have Over Your Data

If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
