What is the Gea beta program?
The Geia beta program lets users try out pre-release software. The feedback you provide on quality and usability helps us identify issues, fix them, and make Geia even better.
Please note that since the public beta software has not yet been commercially released, it may contain errors or inaccuracies and may not function as well as commercially released software, Also note that we have been testing the automation for over 5 years on Aerophonic/Hydroponics real corps.
Is it free?
The beta program is free to join. More over, you will be entitled for free Crypto Air-drops
Am I required to buy the Pre-Order Kit?
No, you may enjoy many other benefits of the program like partnering, becoming ambassador and contribute.
However if you would like to test the system, app and hardware you will need to place a pre-order for the kit. Beta supporters will get discounts.
What is expected of Geia beta testers?
Geia beta testers are expected to submit feedback on usability and problems with the Geia app using our discord channel, forum or by email. Occasionally we may reach out via email to request feedback on specific features.
How do I provide feedback?
The best way for you to provide feedback on beta builds is to use Discord chat alternatively using a dedicated contact us page.
How often are new beta builds released?
We aim to release a new beta build every week, though sometimes it could be more or less often. If you are on iOS, we recommend turning on Auto-update in the Testflight app to ensure you are always on the latest and greatest version of Geia.
